Hello Pencap.  Are you still making the Thigh Garter System?  If not, would you have any issue if I were to produce it and credit your design?  I see that there are people trying to reach out to you and see if they are still available, but I have not seen replies from you.  I tried sending you a PM, and it states that you are not able to receive them, for whatever reason.
