what i really mean if that marked as original blaster, the blaster owned by Pugman, or is any other in existence.

HI EveryoneI am new in this forum. I found this photo here, while researching the stunt stortroopers blasters. Can anyone explain me why the blaster above is original, and the one below is a replica? Thank you!
