  1. Awesome link. Very hlpful. Thanks for the advice
  2. I got the files here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/969663915/star-wars-episode-4-a-new-hope-storm?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=storm+trooper+anh&ref=sr_gallery-1-3&organic_search_click=1
  3. as a matter of fact, they are. he has a V2 of the helmet that was symetrical, and then this is the V3. I did buy his armor and Helmet. When i saw the helmet was asymetrical, I thought it may have not been ok, so one of the ones above is his V2. So the V3 (the ones i just posted) is the one? And yes, he is very tallented.
  4. Excellent to know. Thank you much. I didnt design these, but 2 were purchased as "movie accurate" models. The RS helmets are rather expensive, and just out of touch for price right now. Do you know of any movie accurate helmets that would be a 3d pritable file? I would have assumed the helmet would have to be symetrical to be considered. These are screenshots of one of the purchased files that I did not list. They were done by a tallented designer that made the entire armor. Is this more like what you are talking about. You can see it is not symetrical at all.
  5. Thanks for that. This is an example of 1of 3 models. model 2 of 3 model 3 of 3 Those are the 3 models i have. Each one has subtle differences.
  6. Hey all, I am 3d printing a stunt helmet. I want it to be as acuurate as possible, possibly 501st approved, I have several models i have. each one is a tiny bit different, and some i had to modify to be as close to correct specs as possible. The openings at the bottom, the eye/nose shape, the top dome, all have subtle differences. I was wondering is i posted some screenshots of the models, if someone with experience could tell me which one would be as accurate as possible? I know i have to add screw, screens, lens, etc. i just wanted the opinion as to the best/closest model I should work with. There are a total of 3 models. Due tothe size limitation, I put all 3 models in different positions on 1 word doc. 6 pictures of each. Doc1.docx
  7. Thank you. Soon, my friend, soon. Im just getting started. E-11 first, then on and on.
  8. That is great! Thank you for the poiint in the right direction.
  9. Hi All. I am building a E11 from ANH. more specifically the one from the Stunt Trooper from ANH. I want to make this as 501st acurate as possible, and as film accurate as possible. I found "EXCELLENT" print files from Thingiverse. 4003566 STERLING SMG MK4 3989097 E11 BLASTER EPISODE IV ACCESSORY KIT I was led to this from a youtube video. There were excellent plans attached to the accesory kit, that are too large to attach. My question is in the monor details, as i have found a ton of photos (both film and build) of the E-11, and i would like some advice. The items i saw change from blaster to blaster was: 1) the Hengstler Ay: some have wires glued to the power cells (which cover the magazine drop button), and some seem to have small electrodes coming from the holes. 2) the trigger housing and selector switch. Ive seen some painted a metalic silver, and some painted black. I was curious what others here have done. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
  10. Hey all, I am building my own ANH Stunt Armor, and am looking forward to the guiodance i can find here.
