Anakins Drinking Buddy

Hi all. I'm new to trooping and recently purchased a kids biker scout kit and have no idea how to assemble it or even to trim to it. I'm from the SoCal area and was told to look for a local garrison in my area that can help me. Would appreciate any help. Thank you
