  1. No, lo voy a intentar hacer yo con las piezas desmontadas. Aunque al principio pensé lo que tu dices, creo que es mejor montarla uno mismo, así le tienes aun mas cariño
  2. I have been gathering all the things I'll need for my Stormtrooper ANH armor (all thanks to@tigresa and her amazing support. Without her I couldn't have donde anything, gracias.) I just only want to know if any of you would add anything more to the list and to anounce that my costume is finally ready, only have to comission it now. I currently have ready to purchase: The ANH armor kit The E-11 blaster The holster The canvas belt The neck seal The undersuit The boots The gloves As I said I believe its everything already included and, again, a big shoutout to tigresa.
  3. Thank y'all. Which is considered to be the "most canon" or the overall bettar?
  4. I have been browsing through websites and I've found there is a difference between A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back but I can't find which is. Is it some kind of helmet differance?
  5. Muchas gracias, iré informando de como vaya la cosa y cuando tenga la armadura hare unas buenas fotos
  6. Yeah, I'm quite tall so I suppose I won't grow more. Anyway, thank you for the info
  7. Wow thank you very much for such a detailed awnser. I was refering to RS Propmasters, as I saw them on a recommended thread. The current "problem" I have right now is that I'm not used at cosplay at all, so I've been considering to buy a built armor with all its stuff, as it would be better for a noob like me. I have been looking at prices and it is quite expensive, but I have already started saving so I hope it won't end up being a problem. One doubt I have is if there is any age restriction in the 501st. You see, my main goal is to get the armor itself, but I'd also like to get in the 501st, but I'm underage, so I don't now if this could become a problem of some kind. Thanks for the help
  8. First of all I'd like to thank everyone who answered my first post. I have been researching about the different armor fabricators and types of armor. The one that has caught my attention the most for the moment are the Propmasters from UK. I've looked at the different types and I've seen there are two options: already build up or by pieces. If I ended up buying the armor from them, which option would you recommend for a newbie like me? Thank you very much!
  9. Thanks to everyone for answering the post, I was expecting support but not so many nor so quickly! I'll be checking my local garrison, which I suppose is the Spanish one, and will continue resarching through the forums, thank you ver much to all of you!!
  10. Thank you very much for the answer, I'll be checking the different suppliers
  11. Hello, let me introduce myself. I am a complete newbie in all of this, all of it. I have never cosplayed anything, I haven't build any armor or anything like that. As I say, completley new. The thing I do love and (I want to think) I know a lot of, is Star Wars. That being so, the idea of the 501st, costumes and all this stuff had sometimes popped in my head, but always like a hypothetical thing, never a real one. Now, though, I am pretty sure I want to start the journey of costumes and cosplay, so what better to start than my favourite saga. I have been reading through the threads but I'm not yet sure about which armor supplier to buy to, if to buy it all build up or by parts... I don't know anything, I don't even know if I'm posting this at the right forum. Being the such inexpert I am, I'd like to know what would some of you, being as veterans as you are, think is the best thing to do in my place. Thank you very much for reading all this, I hope I make a good stormtrooper.
