  1. Thanks a ton for the suggestions there! It's very appreciated. I'll try giving those front elastics a good tightening up and hope that it'll help close up that really unsightly gap between the abs and the chest. Can't say I thought about readjusting the shoulder straps but it's definitely something I'll look into! I'm not 100% certain on what glue RS uses on its commissions, but from the sounds of it on their tutorials they don't use E6000, so hopefully that'll make removing the straps easy-ish. Cheers again for the tips!
  2. Hi Troopers! Hope everyone's doing well out there. A while back I purchased a commission from RS Prop Masters for a full suit of ANH TK armour! I adore the costume but unfortunately I haven't been able to wear it out to any events just yet. As much as I love the armour I have a few niggles with how it's currently sitting on me, I've done a couple of minor adjustments to help some fitting issues but before I do anything too drastic I thought I'd pop on here and get in touch with the experts Basic info first! I'm around the 6' 1"/6' 2" range and currently weigh 121kg. I'm working on trying to shed a couple of pounds off, but unfortunately I don't think that'll solve all of my issues, but it will help in not looking like an over filled piping bag Sooooo, one of my biggest gripes is that, when standing upright or bringing my arms up in any way, a visible gap can be seen between my ab plate and chest armour which doesn't look all that great. This can be seen here: The second issue is that my glutes can be felt sticking out of the bottom of my butt plate, this can feel a little exposing and uncomfortable at times, and if it would be possible, I'd love to try and lower it to help cover the rest of my backside. The third problem I have is that, my shoulder straps have a hard time reaching, and going over the back armour plate. I'm not too sure if it's due to the back armour sitting too low or if my broader top half is too large, and is stopping the straps from being locked down in place with the elastic loops. Either way this can cause my shoulder straps to move around too much and, can even lead to them digging into my shoulders from time to time. These two issues can be seen in these snaps here: If you folks have any advice on how to alleviate these issues I'd love to hear what you have to say. I'd really like this armour to look and fit its best! If I need to create some gaps around the back of the armour, I'm more than happy to! If I can have a more comfortable experience wearing the costume and still get approved into this 501st with it (basic is good enough for me!) then I'm down to make whatever changes you all suggest. Many thanks in advance, Justin
