So I really want to get to work sizing everything. I'm still waiting on the correct size undersuit which wont be here till monday at the earliest. Anyone think it would be fine for now to wear the larger size Anovos Undersuit so I can start sizing the armor? It might not be AS tight as the correct size, but I'm thinking the difference between the two wont be THAT great.
Ideas?

Greetings folks! I am new to all of this but very excited. Been wanting Trooper armor since I was a kid and now I finally have the means so here we go!!!
Still not one hundred percent if I will be doing a Battlefront Shadowtrooper or just the Shadowtrooper. I really like the white Imperial logo on the chest but not sure if I like the blue on the helmet or not. So for now, I will just be making it a Shadowtrooper.
So day 1 in about four hours, I trimmed all the extra off all the parts and then using painters tape, I attached it to my mannequin. Unfortunately my mannequin is six feet tall but I am only five- eight. Didn't think that one through when I first bought it, but back then I also didn't think I'd be using it for an actual project. Oh well, it'll work for now.
I didn't take many photos but here is what I have so far. I used the score and snap method which ended up being pretty easy once I got a rhythm going.
I am currently waiting on underarmor I ordered from Amazon so I can start getting things sized and whatnot. Hopefully Weds it will show up.
Ok, lets see if i got this photo thing finally figured out!

I have been having trouble figuring out both how to start a build thread, and attaching photos. no matter how small (low res) i keep getting file too big messages.. but i have seen a fe posts on here with tons of large photos so what am i doing wrong?

Hi all. Thought I'd start a thread on my first build. So far all I have done is trim all the pieces and roughly tape them to my mannequin. So I didnt get a lot of photos. Once I start sizing and edging I will be better at taking photos. But here is what I have so far. PS, iI will eventually put underarmor on the mannequin and get rid of the tracksuit hahaha!
Well, I WAS going to upload what I have so far but no matter how small I make the photos, it wont let me cause they are too big apparently?
any tips?

Thanks. Yeah, the undersuit from Anovos is too big for me so im looking into underarmor which has been recommended from a friend in the 501st. Sounds like ( from Uswrath's post) i should have that on while sizing. So I will probably order that tonight.

Hello all. My name is Bleach (yes it is my real name). I recently purchased a Battlefront Shadowtrooper kit and am very excited to get this thing up and running. Thanks to the peeps over at the Wolf Pack Squad Leadership, I was directed here for help and resources.
So far I spent a day trimming all the pieces using Uswrath's ANOVOS TK build (stunt) thread which has so far been really helpful. I am however not sure what my next step should be. I am a 5" 8" thin little irishman, so I feel I should next start sizing things before doing all the snaps and strapping?? I found a video showing how to do new return edges after cutting ends of thighs and whatnot, but I am still not sure how to go about getting my measurements correct.
So if anyone has some suggestions or cant point me in the right direction, that would be great. I have never been good at these forum kind of things. Maybe I'm just bad at using correct terms to search for, but it always takes me forever to find what I am looking for!
Thank you for any info you are willing to give and once I start the sizing I shall upload some images.

yeah it's just a few people have said to wear the undersuit when sizing. The one I currently have is a large but I need a Medium.
