i trimmed the outsides and insides to be about 3mm into a 4mm curve, got it as even as possible.
-
how many mm was yours after you trimmed it? and if reshaping it is the way to go what is the best way to do it?

thank you!

around the back plate and other armor parts there is about 7mm of material left, i trimmed the cut lines down a lot, i was nervous to remove anymore material than what i have already done haha
-
alright finally had time to sit down and get this right, thanks for being patient haha.

absolutely i will, after work tonight i will just post as many pictures as I can.

i kinda figured i would have to, the past couple of days looking at other threads and test fitting it seemed like the route i had to take.

so my arms and shoulder bells are complete, i will upload pictures of them later. right now I am working on the main body then after that i will move on to the legs. right now im having trouble, the ab and kidney plate are lined up at the top but nothing else seems to be fitting right. if i have the ab plate up to high it hits me in the groin area but the back plate fits right and the butt plate its to high and vice versa if its to low, either way it never seems to fit right. not sure how to progress. i will upload some more pictures as well. hope all that made sense

BBB day happened a few months ago and i am slowly working on my TK, fear of messing up has kept it slow. all the pieces are sanded and ready to be put together, just having trouble with a few things, possibly my body type everyone is different. i will be compiling all my build stuff in this thread, any and all feedback will be greatly appreciated in helping me complete this build. hopefully to get that centurion status.

Will do, sorry about that! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

purchased a mrnostripes bracket and strap system for the interior and from most of the build threads ive seen everyone just kinda goes for it. nervous to do that because i dont want to make a mistake. when i tape the armor on it doesnt feel like it fits right and the ab and kidney plate dont line up. any thoughts? much thanks, Brendon

Where should the butt plate end up sitting? And in the position i have the ab plate in currently its willing to go Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Currently having trouble with back plate fitament. Im not sure if the kidney plate and posterior are sitting to low or do i have to fix the top of the back plate, and if so im not sure how to approach that. Im 5'11 if that helps Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

awesome thanks for the help! -
working on an anovos kit question 1. when it comes to cutting pieces out do you prefer to use a dremel or utility/ exact o knife and why? 2. if you use a dremel what speed is it set to and do you use any specific cutting wheels? usually when i use a dremel to cut anything plastic it tends to heat the part up and instead of cut it melts its way through, the rough parts can be cleaned up with sandpaper but is there any way to make it look cleaner like if you were to use an exact o blade? thanks guys!
