Just turned 50 and its time to celebrate my love for all things Star Wars that have been brewing during the first half of my life. I have always been a fairly Artsy-Fartsy individual (Drawing pencil portraits, sculpting, painting of all sorts and settled on Airbrush fine art as my media to escape to. I have even built my own life size R2-D2 what was supposed to be a simple Halloween prop but became quite a bit more LOL). Halloween had always been a favorite time of year of mine to share my joy of creating amazing displays and experiences for the kids and adults as they come to collect their treats. my goal was to always go above and beyond simply just decorating the front door, but to give an entire memorable experience to see, hear and touch for all that came on Halloween night. Our children are all grown up now and I have a now a 2 year old grandchild to spoil. My wife and I love to help others and especially the kids in hospitals. With that, I felt it was time to help others temporarily remove some of the awful realities which life can bring and give the gift of Star Wars as a distraction. So with support from my wife, I am moving forward to the ultimate Star Wars fan pursuit by building a movie quality Stormtrooper costume and becoming a member of the 501st badlands garrison. Since this is a new generation of Star Wars fans, I thought it would be fitting to suit up a First Order Stormtrooper. I look forward to this adventure and hope that I get a chance to meet many of you during this process. See you out there troopers.
