Thanks, everyone! Still have a lot of work to do to reach Centurion but it looks like nothing I can't handle!

Pics as requested. Sorry for the delay, had other obligations to attend to.

Thanks for the input! I will get to work on those issues. I can't believe I forgot to post the full back shot!!
EDIT: I think I also uploaded the bad pic of the biceps. I think in the one I posted, the right bicep had slipped out from the elastic band and that is why it looks crooked. My sweet husband has been taking pics for me and doesn't really know what to look for, and it looks like I missed that as I was browsing through those hard-to-see photo thumbnails.

Okay here we go....I'm nervous as heck but finally ready to submit my application for EIB.

I'm not sure on the length of the shoulder bridges. My GML said I could leave them or trim them, so I'm leaving them until told otherwise.
A bit unconventional connection for the neck seal- it is attached with elastic so that there is give when I bend my neck. I found that when I had that extra stretch it cut down on anxiety and claustrophobia.

The stiffness of the tabs will help line up everything better and hold it in place, especially when the belt is worn. I used a hot water bath on my sides as well to get them to line up better. That looks good! I might have to give that a try. How exactly do the tabs handle staying in place, though? The problem definitely looks like the shape of the kidney doesn't line up with the shape of the ab, and that is what the tabs are trying to fix, yeah?

I had the same problem. I ended up using q tab system and it holds things in place really nicely. You can check out some example pics people posted in my build thread:

I took off more than that but that was after I fully finished the bucket. I think I had about what you did when I first put mine together.

Got my Riot Control coin in the mail today. Thanks so much, it looks great! My girl will love the coloring book too, after she is done with mandatory quiet time!RIOT CONTROL!
What better time to give away the very first "Riot Control" challenge coin??

My TK was mostly assembled on my craft room floor so it took no time at all. I was thinking I should put it away a few days ago but now I'm glad I left it out!Wow missed that one but don’t think even if I saw it I’d beat that time. I’d still be putting my shins on.

That is so kind of you! She loves it when I get suited up and begs to wear my bucket. I find her love of Stormtroopers and Darth Vader ironic because she is named after a certain Rebel princessLOL! will be sending something for the 2 year old as well for such an awesome shot. Garrison photographer in the making...

Hehe....being a stay at home mom has its perks I took more cuz I felt the first one was hard to see, and I can't get my 2 year old to take reliable shots...Wow, if there was a competition for who could suit up fastest you'd be a good contender, congrats FodiChan.
Those Riot coins came out great.

Thanks! What kit did you order? I found I had to make very little size adjustments with ATA armor. I took maybe 1/4 inch off each side of the kidney and ab and slimmed down the cod a bit. Everything else was assembled *as is* and torso pieces shaped with a hot water bath. If I took a close up of my ab you would see that there are inches of space between my body and the armor, but when it gets worn it looks proportionate and I don't feel super claustrophobic. There is some padding in the forearms and the thighs to get them to stay put.Congrats, you look great! Welcome to the legion!
Your build thread and results (+ Cricket's thread) makes me so excited to get started on mine when my BBB arrives - we're just about the exact same height and weight

My GML approved my TK, and now I am just waiting for my number!
Fixed the issue with the forearms and struggled to come up with action shots while my blaster is unpainted.

I repositioned the forearms; glue is setting right now!

Ah I didn't even notice that! That would be rogue neck seal fabric. I have an undershirt with a high collar so I can't tuck it in. I'll have to do some tweaking. Thanks!Looking good, Nicole! Something appears to sticking out of the bottom of your helmet in your front facing photo? Other than that, Christine pointed out the forearm cover strips lining up with the bicep cover strips. Last thing, and this is pretty minor, but if you can secure your drop boxes so they stay aligned with the ends of the ABS belt, that would help you look even better! Other than that, looks like you got through your build pretty quickly! You should be proud of the kit you've put together!

Thanks for the advice about the forearms. I was having a hard time with their placement. I'll rotate those a bit.
Looking good, there trooper! I'm all sorts of jealous because you really flew through this build! Great work sizing things down to fit.
The only thing that really jumps out at me are the placement of the forearms. The dimples should be facing outwards, and as you're wearing them in the photos, they're facing to the back. You want the "ridge" seams on the forearms to be facing forward in line with the forward facing seams in the biceps. The forearm dimples should line up with the outer ridge of the bicep. Just rotate the forearms a bit so the dimples are to the outside. It should be an easy fix.

My build is near completion. I have been feeling pretty crummy the past couple weeks so I've been taking things more slowly. Last night I made a to-do list of everything that needs to be finished and I completed it this afternoon. I'll suit up for some pics when my husband gets home. I think I'm about ready to submit for basic.

All right....so I have a few thoughts about this.
I feel that the shoulder bells are not fitting properly. Should I take a bit off the body side or just leave it? I was thinking of shortening the bell to shoulder strap as well.
I haven't padded everything yet but is moving around really this noisy? Haha.
The sniper knee wants to catch behind the thigh. Would padding in the shin fix this or should I try something else?
I feel I should trim a little bit in the back of the shims to assist with movement, especially since I am below the average trooper height. I didn't try stairs with this but I'll take any added mobility.
The tab system is working well. I just need to push the left kidney down a hair to get those rivets to line up properly.
Any thoughts or suggestions at this point?
