Also, where did you get the 8mm aluminum rod for the stock hinge?

I am unable to post any pictures of the bits I have on the web site. Can you post a picture of the bits I can use.? Thanks Joey

I have a question. I just bought a dremmel 3000 from a local Home Depot and it came with some bits. What bit should be used when carving the resin?
-
What dremmel bit did you use on the resin on the locking notch for the folding stock.?

Can you send the picture of the cut I need to make in order to instal the aluminum piece for the notch. I can't find it. Please include any measurements and tools I need in order to make the cut. My email is: Jpjn45@gmail.com

I know what you are talking about. I bought a completed doopy doos e-11 blaster but how do you sand down the notch area? Any suggestions? You cut out the outlined square and put in an aluminum piece and then cut to fit the locking mechanism?

I bought a abs folding stock but when I closes the stock the sides of the wishbone did not clear the magazine area enough to properly lock the stock in its closes position. So I am a little disappointed . Thanks, Joey

It's literally about 10 minutes with a hack saw and some files. Give it a go your self first, you'll be surprised how much you can do when you try.
What size metal did you use for both?

Just cut out my counter bracket. Made it out of a piece of scrap .025 2024t6. It's a little thinner than I'd like but it should be strong enough to hold it. I need to dig up some reference photos to figure out where along the scope rail is the best place to mount everything. I'm considering getting some material and doing a run of these. It only took me a couple minutes to make and I figured someone might have a use for them. I'd just need to figure out what material and thickness would be the best/most accurate.
...and installed the allen screws at the barrel end.
Can you make the scope rail and counter bracket for me because i want to order this kit.

I have an RT-MOD helmet and actually took the fans out. Made it easier to hear what was going on around me. I did replace the lens in mine and left some small gaps so that air can escape a little so that probably helps.
My armor is ATA and I can do stairs with little difficulty. I know other members have trouble with them. Like was mentioned above you may just need to adjust the fit a little. If I have my thighs too high even walking is a little cumbersome.
Pictures would be very helpful.
How can I get the kit? Thanks Joey jpjn45

Greetings troopers! Going forward, (the staff with assistance from FISD members) will be conducting detailed reviews of the various armor makes, to give troopers a better idea of what the specific features and qualities of each kit are. This month, we have chosen to highlight the AM "Armor Master" Lite kit.
How much is the kit,? I am interested in purchasing the item. Thanks, Joey

Hello. This is my first time posting but I've been working on this gun for a few weeks. Originally I bought the S&T E11 but it wasn't screen accurate at all, the t-track were too short, as was the scope rail and the scope was completely the wrong shape. So I decided to convert it into a screen accurate R1 blaster. This is also a real working airsoft gun for use in Star Wars themed airsoft events. It's still not quite finished as I have few touch ups to do but it's mostly complete now.
I'd welcome some genuine criticism for this gun as I want it to be as accurate as possible.

What noise canceling earbuds would you recommend for use with a Stormtrooper hearing assists system for use in a FO TFA helmet. Are ambien noise canceling systems such as ovc h15 useable? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, jpjn45

I use an anker powercore 10000 with my vellerman audio assist and it works perfectly until I turn my fans on. I have them all wired up on the same harness. If the audio assist is the only thing on it works great. Soon as I turn a fan on feedback and humming galore.

You used a pen for the hollow studs to connect the stock to the body. What other objects can you use to attach the stock to the body?
