Ok, how about this, I narrowed the wrist area and trimmed down for the strips. What I need some advise on is to whether trim the upper outer forearm completely around or round it of on the section that is circled in black. Also should I trim out more on the inner forearm, more of a “U” shape to allow more bend in my arm. I can put on a hat. Does all three pieces look to be properly spaced and aligned where they should be from top to bottom? Lastly, how can I shape the forearm to be more round then oval? Can I use a heat gun very lightly to bend the shape a bit? A lot of question but want to make sure it is right! Thanks for any advise Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks... I believe you are right. It says “No return edge on the inside of the front of the forearm is allowed.” I assume no turn edge at all on the end of the wrist. Would you agree? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No responses, I know have both upper arms trimmed out. As for the forearms, if I have to shorten them, should I trim off the bottom by the hands or upper end by the elbow? Do I also have to have a return edge on them as well? Please help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Started right upper arm and before I sand rough edges and glue strips can anyone advise if anything needs changed. How does the length look and does it need to be shorter or more cut from the top to be higher from my elbow.... can I not but up edges to get a little more room. Biceps, forearms, thighs, pretty much everywhere. I either have to cut shorter or add to diameter. My description sounds like I am a mess, but just don’t have the ideal stormtrooper Physique. Wanted to share my progress with my build. I have finally did the initial trim of all the armor pieces. One exception is that Anovos is to be sending me a replacement piece for the buttocks. It was scuffed through the plastic covering. In any event, ready for next phase of the build. Any advise where to start next? Should I sand the edges to smooth out or start with a specific section for fitting? I have some issues with thighs being too tight and need to address this further to ensure I am a fit for the kit...
