I used Industrial Strength Velcro. That's it! No special work done because it's only you seeing the inside of the helmet. Then I put padding inside and painted it black Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
There doesn't seem to to be much of an issue with TK to HWT conversion. Drop boxes and leather holster seems to be the only changes. HWT looks more badass than standard Stormtrooper

I'm going to go with aliens8us direction for his HWT Pack. Seems pretty cost efficient and a lot less hassle too -
I just went with my usual nickname while active duty in the Marines. Not as storied past like you guys! LOL
