The Tracks are very easy to trim and just heat with a lighter and use a pair of Needle Nose Pliers to Bend. This is how I did it, extremely Easy

Man are the ANOVOS dimensions WRONG.... I did mine the same way on the Kidney holes ... I had Not drilled the Abdomen Yet.. I had installed Snaps for My Build so didn't use the Rivets as support items ... but saw this thread, I'll have to fill the holes on the Kidny portion... Dam

I have just completed the first ANOVOS Kit build and am preparing to do another, have to paint the buttons but just received the The Paint Today.. Yea.. Pretty straight forward as far as the build goes.. cut and trim , Sand and Glue ... Earth Magnets and Clamps.... had a few questions about the Rivets if anyone has a picture or can tell me where all 12 of them go.... or if they are all needed I have used #24 Tandy Snaps to attach a lot of the straps and used 2 Rivets for the Ammo Strap around Right Thigh....

I Believe that The 3 D Printed Power Cylinders made by individuals at ( Shapeways.com) could be the best bet for any Potential Trooper Building an E-11 as they can also be obtained for half the price if printed in Plastic which would be about $25.00.... This is a picture of a Metal Printed Power Cylinder Assy. Cost about $50.00).... MTDSBWY/ST06

This is a reply for Gage, if you want to build a Movie Accurate Sterling SMG E-11 Blaster You can go on line and look up ( NUMRICH) you can get a complete Kit for $140.00 + shipping... You then can put it back together with all the parts included, just needs welded. You then can obtain a (Resin Scope - $18.00-$30.00 and Resin Hengstler Counter and Power Cylinders- (Counter about $25-$40) Power Cylinders- $20-$50) ... Scope Rail if You Make about $3.00 worth of Metal.... So for a total of About $240-$260 You can Build a Real E-11 Sterling Blaster... Cheap Mig Welder costs about $200.00 ... If you visit My Photobucket Link on My FISD, YOU CAN SEE..... P.S. Left out T-Rails they are $40.00 from ( wannawanga.com ) ... I listed Resin Scope and Counter as a Real Scope and Hengstler Counter might Cost as Much as $800.00 to a $1000.00 for Both or More if Looking for M19 Scope. MTDSBWY/ ST06

Just to be clear the M38 Scope, Hengstler Counter and Magazine are Not included. As for the Cost I can do full Build for somewhere around $450.00 to $500.00 Dollars. (Will come with Scope Rail.)... You will have to obtain T-Rails, Hengstler Counter, Scope. These can be obtained in Resin very inexpensively.

Hi if there is anyone interested in a Real Sterling SMG-E11 that is 100% Real please let me Know. I have the ability to Make these fairly inexpensively I have posted a picture on My Photobucket, if More Pictures are needed let Me Know. All Original Sterling Parts are used .. Receiver, Bolt, Return Spring, Trigger Assembly.... Barrel is non-functioning and welded in place so Weapon cannot be Shot.

I Must say I find Myself in the same position as some of the others posting here, I have a New ANOVOS Kit with Completed Helmet, I find Myself Apprehensive to even Pull a pair of Cutters Out. I am a Weapons Specialist and Am finding it Mush Easer to Build My E-11 Blasters from Real Sterlings. It is intimidating as the ABS Plastic is Not Metal and ....You have to Think Diagram Measure 5 Times and hopefully Only Cut Once. I will be NOT using the supplied attachment Straps for the ANOVOS Build ...Will be using Nylon Straps as Suggested. So Much Information Available, a little Overwhelming. Always Around and Looking.
