Anyone know if shipped still means no helmet no gaskets?

Did they give you any indication on when the helmet and gaskets would be sent out?

They still haven't updated the status on the page from the Sept 20th update either. I did notice today that their online customer support didn't seem to be up the hours they said. I ordered an in stock item almost two weeks ago and was going to ask about it. Last time I ordered an in stock flighsuit it was only 3-4 days to ship. I love the quality of their stuff, but their business practices are driving me away. I will be happy to get this FOTK and then stop paying attention to them ever again.

But they are having another 30% off sale this weekend... Doesn't that mean we should all buy some more?

List price I think. I just find it disconcerting to have an item go up in price and have that mean it costs more to ship as well.

I am close to backing out. I don't like feeling like I am being lied to. No telling how expensive the shipping piece is, but I think their shipping is always a percentage of the price and not anywhere close to actual cost.

On Sept 20th they said the next step was about an additional month of tuning, then start manufacturing with the hope to finish shipping all waves by celebration. I would figure by now they would be shipping some of the initial orders out since it has been 3.5 months since then. Until a few days ago the shipping calendar said by Dec 21st which I assume was their starting to ship out to people.

Looks like they have quietly changed the ship date to winter now (up through March 21) without actual status updated...

I used to watch the instructions and downloads section to see if they uploaded a manual. I think that will be updated before the start shipping.

I also am closing to canceling. My excitement for this set of armor is really going down hill and just picked up some ESB costumes so. I held off canceling with this update thinking ,probably incorrectly, they should start shipping in close to another month, but I know if I don't hear anything I am done. I am assuming I am close to the top of the orders and if they do start shipping should get soon, but it will be a cold day in hoth (or hell) if I wait until celebration since they have had my money since Nov 2016.

I am assuming shipping next month with all orders shipped by Celebration (provided no more slipping). One more month might be OK to wait, but Celebration is 7 more months away...

I don't know about a coordinated 501st cancelation, but I had a very good experience with the inital TK run early 2016 which got me into the 501st. That said I feel like I am being lied to about this one and personally the more it drags on and I have to keep aware of its progress the less I am looking forward to this. Our garrison only has I think 1 FOTK and I have only seen it out once. I am starting some other OT costumes and will cancel this if they delay it again since my frustration with dealing with anovos about this has outweighed the fun I will have putting this together. I will also stop watching/following anovos for any additional new things they come out with.

Just pisses me off that the last update on June 4th which was only 16 days before the end of spring said that everything was on schedule to start shipping in Spring and continue to Summer which to me says they will start shipping first kits in Spring. Not only am I starting to question their competence, I feel like I am being lied to.

Anyone received theirs? I just talked to customer support and they said, as everyone else is reporting, that some shipped out in spring and the rest in a second batch in summer. Today is the last day of spring. I asked if they were going to put the instructions up to which they said they usually put those up when the products ship which I questioned and then the support person was like "I don't know. Not my area". They really screwed the pooch missing deadlines so these couldn't be put together by the last jedi, which means not relevant again until the next movie in over a year. With their price increases, missed deadlines, and insistence on adding $12 handling to an already expensive, which seems to be percentage not cost based, shipping (jumpsuits increased in price by $15 from March to May and now the shipping is almost $2 more), I think this will be my last order with them. I do love my TK they did in their first run two years ago. Not sure how long I wait until I just tell them I don't care anymore and give me my money back. I had a friend in the local garrison that was getting one, but he eventually canceled earlier this year. I ordered the standard kit in Nov 2016, just for reference.
