helmet in this thread is stunt and is only for display. i havent touched the real helmet for the hero yet.

thanks. just only concern with centurion wiith the shins. im gonna do velcro on the inside. do i still need a cover strip on the back of the leg

more work was done today. almost all pieces are glued besides the chest pieces. waiting for the glue to dry sucks. we ran all cover strips little past the edges because i know im gonna have to grind off the ends because of being small.

Took the day off from work to head to a fellow garrison members house to work on my TK Hero. Even tho its only gona be like a 4hr session i really dont have much left to do besides the fitting and strapping system. I hope to get pics to upload here later today.

ok here are a few pics of bucket fully assembled well without the lenses/ decals/ and painted. ANY and all critiques is welcomed. This helmet in the photos is practice helmet since AP doesnt make a hero helmet. Still think its good if i was doing a anh stunt

what are your thoughts on the gap? i dont think its bad at all.

well uploading new pics. My advisor said we finally got it to size.

I still have room to trim to make smaller. pic below is set for 15cm stip but still to big as you can see in the above pics. Few people told me to take it down to where the strip would be( the raised part ) and remove that and should fit.

so went to my garisson armor party over the weekend. i had everything ready to trimmed and ready to be fitted. Started with the bicep. This is where i need peoples input. Im very skinny in the arms. Im 5ft 7 in tall roughly 155lbs. So the picture below is the left bicep. The pic below is ready for the strip for 15cm. 7cm on each side. Also is the good side facing out. Here is where we have problems / stummed. Love to try to obtain centurion status but totally understand if its not obtainable with my body type. Im open to any suggestions before we move on with the build.

I know i havent really updated here. But here are pics for some of the things. Most of things are ready for fitting this saturday at an armor party. hope to update more
