He was looking for the Anovos paint match rattle can that was done a while back. That is needed when shimming or painting something to match the Anovos plastic color is needed. However, I believe he has finally found it.

The only thing I wish was different was a more accurate search feature. If not for Google search tip I got I may have never found the gold mines of specific info that saved my life (and build)

Sounds like they added you to the notify me list based on your email to them and the blank email was the product notification. Did you check the site again?

Steve, Let me know how you make out I'm about 10 pounds lighter then you so same measurements. I'm looking at AM 2.0 or RT-MOD.
John
John,
So far so good. I have a small about 3" gap between the ab and the kidney. This gap is where my extra 10 lbs really shines (i mean sticks) through. I will be working hard to fix that but will need a cover up method in the mean time. I will post a pic of my test fir yesterday once i figure out how to post a pic.

Return edges are totally optional, so if you need to cut your thighs it is ok.

So I am working on my AM2.0 bucket and am not happy yet. I cannot seem to find a step by step bucket build for this set. They either skip steps or are not real clear on things. There are some amazing build threads but the bucket seems to get breezed by. Can anyone point me in the direction to a build specific to this kit? Thanks in advance.

its innaccurate, hero helmet should have only 3 bumps on grey ear section not 4 which is for stunt, and mic tips are not accurate.
From the CRL for Hero: The “ear” bars may have three or four bumps and are grey or painted grey, with a black outline.

Why bother with a bad overpriced fiberglass helmet ? If you buy armour from one of the legion approved sellers , it will come with a helmet . However, if you just want a helmet to display , it's still twice the price it should be .

How much do you believe a completed bucket should sell for? The completed Anovos is 250. Just curious.
-
They are offering TK buckets in the various models. I am looking at the Hero Bucket so I will have both a Hero and Stunt. Does anyone know anything about this seller and can speak for the quality of these builds and their use in the Legion?
Any insight is appreciated.

Hello and welcome aboard, have a read through the Getting Started section, lots of info on armor sizing and maker info there.
Thank you for the advice. I have read through there many times and was just looking for a more open dialog about it. Admins feel free to delete if not allowed.

Greetings all. I hope everyone had a great Christmas.
As I try to learn as much as possible, I find myself overwhelmed and semi lost at the same time.
I am 6' 250lbs. I'm currently researching armor kits. So I wanted your advice on a few things.
Best kit for my size without a year long wait? I have seen "be patient" enough to understand that nothing is quick but still, knowing the quality and timeframes are important to me.
Also can a larger guy kit reach upgraded status' or because of the upscale do armor is it basic approval only. I tend to strive for the best and want to know what I am getting into.
I guess that answers that my end result is 501st approval. Thanks to all in advance and please feel free to ask or answer any details I may have left out.
Cheers

Best way to clean armor - what really works?

Gonna be a lot of the same answers. Magic eraser all day for on the spot cleans, and the Novus (or similar) polishing process. I think Trooperbay also has a product that helps with yellowing if that is an issue.
