Eric, Thanks. Pep is fiberglass though and the above states "like materials" and "white fiberglass". Not trying to be argumentative, I always ask "why" a rule is the way it is. If I go through with this pep build, I'm sure my failure to make 501st standards will be based on my crafting skills (or lack thereof). Sorry for necro-posting but wanted to see if there is any new thoughts on a pep TK. SWMBO may not go for buying an ABS kit, but can't complain too much about me playing in the corner with "paper". I have done pep before so I know what a joy/agonizing pain it can be. That being said, what specifically about a pep'd TK suit makes it so hard to get 501st approval? Thanks Mike
