  1. Thanks for the tips, fellas. Like you said, I'm planning on buying the FO set. I'm assuming the fully assembled kit would be better for my needs, but please let me know if that's not the case. I have no problem buying the boots, blaster, holster and whatever else I may need. I just hope I can get it completely assembled ASAP. Good to know that there will still be some work involved. I live in San Diego and I've already introduced myself over at the Imperial Sand Garrison. Looks like some armor parties are in my future! What could be super helpful is if some of the 501st's more crafty members puts together a guide for those who are buying the FO Anovos kits and instructs us how to finish up the armor. I doubt I'm the only one getting that set once it's available.
  2. Hi, I'm planning on buying the Anovos set once it goes on sale next year but I'm curious to see if it'll come out of the box ready to wear. Probably not, in which case I'd like to ask you guys about who I can go to to get help fitting and trimming the set. I would hate to get my armor and not be able to get it fitted because I don't have the skills, tools, or the time (as a busy college student) to learn from scratch at this crazy busy time of my life. My best choice is to go to others for help. Please let me know if this is against the rules in any way and I apologize if so. I'm brand new around here and just want to be apart of the garrison! 3. You wouldn't happen to know the contact information of these people, would you? I don't have the knowledge or the time to cast the armor myself, so I will most likely be going with Anovos when they release TFA armor. I wonder specifically how their helmets are superior though, very interesting.
