Original caps on the detonators were 3/4", but most people eyeball it at about 1"
I wouldn't do anything more than a semi-gloss on the detonator. the original pipe wasn't very shiny.

Are those phillips head screws on your ears? If not, they should be slotted.

There are fewer teeth on the hero lids ... it's just a personal preference.

In that case TM ... LOL!

RS Prop Masters is the most accurate lid available IMHO.
Don't get me wrong ... I Love the AP and TM helmets ... But they are not cast from original lids, Like RS.
And TE derived lids are cast from the outside of an original, whereas RS casted the inside and vac formed that.
It's as close to the original as you can get.

Stella is back home resting up now, and doing quite well.


Still has all that puppy energy which is hard to contain at times.


But, she's happy and healthy ... And that's all that matters.

Anyhow ...
Just wanted to let you guys know that the surgery went ok today ... I haven't seen Stella yet ... they said she was still coming out of it, so ... They will be keeping her tonight, and call me tomorrow with a good time to pick her up. I'm looking forward to doing so, miss my little buddy!
I can't thank you guys enough for your support ... I'm humbled by the sheer volume of kindness you have shown us. It's really touching, thank you!
