  1. ABS sheets. I only need it to add snaps to the shoulder and reinforce small areas. I don't need a lot. 1 sheet 12"x12"
  2. Just wondering where everyone buys additional plastic? thanks
  3. Thanks for the recommendation! Bought a pack.
  4. What cushions does everyone use inside their helmet? I purchased bicycle helmet cushions and my face was squished.
  5. Lens time. I mounted my lens as seen here in this reference pic. Not entirely sure of its accurate but l use the same technique in all my buckets and it works excellent. Long story short center your lens material, firmly pres against the ear screws leaving a dimple in the material. Drill the dimpled area with the same screw size, in my case 3/16". Install lens. I'm still looking for a good solution for the lens. Kind of hesitant to chop the lens up and glue it to the eyes. I was thinking of following your instructions by drilling two holes into each side of the visor. However, I would use the existing Anovos screws that are already in the helmet. Would this work? What size drill bit should I use? I'm also curious about using these for padding the helmet. Any other suggestions? https://www.amazon.com/Myheartgoon-Tactical-Airsoft-Helmet-Accessories/dp/B016GTU3PK/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1467094450&sr=8-4&keywords=helmet+pads
  6. Thanks for the rubbing alcohol suggestion! I'll try that out. Any suggestions on how to mount the visor closer to the eye sockets?
  7. Helmet adjustments I've been trying to remove the over spray with paint thinner and it hasn't been coming off. Someone suggested acetone, but I'm worried that would damage the helmet. My visor isn't flush with the helmet eye sockets. There is a gap. I'd like to get it how you've illustrated. I'm not changing the brow, so I don't have those drill holes. What kind of screw would you use and would I simply just replace the screws that are currently in the ears with something longer? Or is there another easier way to do this? Thanks.
  8. I have a couple of measuring and cutting questions. On my right rear thigh I have this gap on the bottom. This acceptable? How should I go about fixing the gap? On my right rear shin, the two sides aren't even. The excess gap came to 20mm. I decided to put 15mm on the left and 5mm on the right to somewhat even it out and keep a straight line down the middle. I haven't cut anything yet because I'm concerned that might cut too much off. It definitely fits properly on my leg. However, if the shin is too tight...won't I put stress on the front trying to take it on/off?
