Here is the traditional brown box... I immediately started trimming the fore arms however before I added the final cover strips I need to know what measurements to cut (since AP armor doesn't come with pre trimmed cover strips) Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

After months of saving and months of waiting, I finally received my untrimmed AP armor. I have to admit that seeing all the armor laid out is beyond daunting. However, since I am on summer break from college I plan on finishing before the month ends. Stay tuned for more details and questions. Hey I just want to get your thoughts on Picard and his Imperial boots. The wait list for TK boots is pretty extensive so I just wanted to get the boots out of the way since I'm about to start my build. Thanks!

After a helpful member told me to consider MTK armor against AP, I wanted to know some of your guy's opinions. Other than MTK being cheaper than AP what other factors should I take into consideration? What is the ease of fabrication, sturdiness, finish? Thanks!

Hello there 501st! I'm a college student right now and for the greater part of the semester I have been saving up money to start my build of ANH armor. I raised the necessary funds to purchase AP armor (after seeing all the good reviews) along with accessories like boots, gloves, neck seal, blaster etc. However, I am having second thoughts considering that the Anovos armor, although its at 450 now, is a third of the price of the AP armor. Since summer is coming and I'll have time to work on the armor I am siding with AP armor for its availability against the winter release date of the anovos armor. I just wanted to see what you guys have to say about my dilemma, any advice is well appreciated! -A future 501st member
