Great work! Oh and to help from your sniper knee catching under your thigh, you can put some foam in the inside of your thigh armor on the back side, this will keep the front of your thigh right on the front of your leg. Then, another piece of foam, and install it inside the front of your shin, this will help push that sbiper knee out a little more as well. Just a friendly tip it has surely helped me out lol
Thanks brother I have foam in my things I just need to pull my thighs up and adjust the foam

Hey Kelvin, thank you for your patience and EIB application. We also want to thank you for making the suggested adjustments, updating or adding required images. Let's get to it shall we.
CRL and EIB Application Requirements:
All requested photos are present and your armor meets all the requirements set out for EIB. Sly and myself would like to congratulate you on achieving Expert Infantry rank!!
Great job trooper
Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:
In this section we discuss observations made by your fellow troopers as well as our own. Though the suggestions are to make you look your best none of the following suggestions will effect your EIB application.
1) We would like to see you either bring your thighs up, shins down or both to reduce sniper knee to thigh overlap. Some is ok but yours are a bit excessive. Could be a simple shin adjustment

2) Frown ends. Though not critical they should come to a point at the ends. This one looks squared off. Quick and simple

Centurion suggestions:
In this section we try to prepare you for Centurion. Sly, myself or your fellow brothers may suggest areas needing improvement. We have a few areas we would like to see addressed if you choose to shoot for Centurion.
1) According to the CRL the forearms are to have no return edge. You'll need to remove all the return edge in the illustrated locations
For level three certification (if applicable):
- No return edge on the inside of the front of the forearm is allowed.

Just a few adjustments and we'll see you at Centurion. Again, Great job!
Thanks you and I'll have the minor adjustment done for centurion

Hi Kelvin, we are running a little behind with applications at the moment, but will be with you soon. In the meantime, I can give you the opportunity to fix the large gap between your shoulder bells and chest plate.
If you could adjust and post up a new photo that would be great. Can you please also include a photo of the end of your blaster showing the D ring.
Many thanks for your patience.

Good job! FYI.. Some pieces are not am 2.0. the curved kidney and return edges on the posterior parts look like NE.
Thanks brother I bought the whole kit from AM. So maybe similarities in the pieces. Now I want to see the pieces side by side haha

Hey guys im starting my helmet build but i was wondering if it was better to use rivets to join the front and back pieces together. If so what size rivets are you using i was watching the tutorial on trooperbay.com and also looking at pandatroopers instructions. Any help would be great thanks.

Greetings Kelvin, and welcome to the FISD!!!
As others have already mentioned, research is your best friend during the waiting period for your armor kit to arrive. As a simple explanation/reminder, there is on such thing as a "501st approved" or endorsed kit. Each kit, after it has been built will be individually reviewed for approval. There are kits that are more difficult to earn approval with, and that is why we encourage cadets to utilize the services offered by our vetted sellers here at FISD - we know exactly what you're getting, and what you're likely going to experience with the build process.
There are many, many ATA build threads here at FISD. I'd encourage you to continue your research into the other items that you'll need - neck seal, boots, blaster, canvas belt, undersuit, etc... Also, you should have a look at the Advanced Tactics section of the forums. There, you can learn about the EIB and Centurion accuracy programs. These are awarded within the FISD for building your kit with higher levels of accuracy. The standards - although higher - are not at all impossible to achieve, and honestly are much simpler to achieve by building your armor that way, rather than upgrading it after the fact. If you go to the EIB and Centurion submission threads, you will find many ATA kits that have been built to these standards, and been awarded accordingly.
If you have questions, by all means, ask them. We are here to help you throughout your TK journey!
Thank you for the info. i have been researching around alot and decided on another kit that is less on wait time. but i will post build thread soon.

I see thanks for the link very awesome read. So since it's same origins the armor is essentially the same besides the face of material

Hello everyone I might be in the wrong section to ask this but does anyone have info on CAP armor. Also which is preferred ATA or CAP
-
Thanks guys I will be going stunt instead. Do you think it would be a problem if the brow trim is lower like the hero helmet than how it is for the stunt helmets?
