  1. I just realized, does anyone know if they shipped the Mandalorian helmet? They "claimed" that it'll ship by Thanksgiving.

    Those guys really be scamming new customers.

    I put my name on the list of interested parties to see if they would come through but never received an email asking for payment or an update on why it was delayed. On the plus side they haven’t asked for money on something they couldn’t deliver.

  3. I talked to Diversity and this is what they had to say.


    "1st. i told everybody i have quit props. 2nd i will continue on 2 armours as a hobby. 3rd the mudtrooper was a complex armour with 50% castings. and people werent happy with the castings. "

    I have a FOTK on order through them. Yes it has taken longer than expected. However, my experience thus far has been good. Wayne has been upfront with me along the way explaining the challenges he has come across and what he has done to overcome them. He has been quick to respond when I have had questions or update. I switched to Diversity because the previous supplier wouldn't give me a straight answer at all and strung me along from one promised delivery date to the next.

    I don't know what challenges or complaints others have but I wanted to put in my experience with them.

If you've waited the quoted refund time (I think they say 12-15 business days now) and you still haven't received your refund, send an email to Joe Salcedo at joe@anovos.com with all of the important details: your name, order number, support ticket number(s), and a brief timeline of events (when you cancelled, any time you've contacted chat support, etc.). I've had to do this twice now and while I didn't get a reply back from him, the refund was processed within 1-2 business days.

Hey guys first post in this forum I’ve been following this thread though for about 6 months hopping someone else had gotten it or had any news. I preordered mine the first couple months you could and my mom got it for me as my bday present and she was excited that I could do it while I’m finishing up school at home. I feel terrible telling her every month that they’ve pushed it back or not given any update at all but I only have 1 more semester left and I’m pretty mad at anovos. How many others are going to cancel their orders because I think im going to in the next couple of weeks but I wish there was something we could do even legally that would pressure them. Also does anyone know if kb props is a reliable or accurate choice because I’m now looking at other options.
     
    Also sorry for this being so long and everyone in this forum seems like nice real Star Wars fans so just letting you know there’s others out there that are just as mad as you.

    Even though I cancelled my order I still got the letter from Anovos. My only question was isn’t the metal molds what they were transferring to last September?
