  1. Yeah, I switched over to Tapatalk and it works well. Airborne, pretty sure I've got 501st access, but not 100% sure. If not, I haven't needed it yet lol. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. Thanks airborne! I'm in no hurries, this would be my 5th legion costume lol... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Gloves and the arming top on. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Soft parts shipping notification today. On a slight hiatus due to a spine surgery I just had. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. Completed td-regardless of the photo angle, the clips are just about flush with the caps... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. And the thermal detonator sans clips. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. Even with masking the sides of these are tough to get... Oh well, I may just leave them like they are. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. I used a Lexan scissors, not score/snap Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. I don't know how I'm ever going to get these edges level/even. I know that the sides that get covered don't need to be perfect, but that is so many sides... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Did the dremel for the larger burrs, sandpaper now... Time consuming, but it is happening... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. I've got a dremel, just too concerned it would be too "aggressive" even at low. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Oh, and ROUGH trimming done! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. What is the best way to get rid of burrs like these? Not necessarily just on this piece of armor, but others. I've got Lexan scissors, but they aren't that small. Is a dremel too aggressive? Mouse sander? I don't own a belt sander. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. So, speaking of elastic, should I be using "woven" or "knit" elastic? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
