Hello everyone,
I have ordered a doopydoos kit for my Hasbro E-11 (as I do not yet have the confidence in my ability to make a convincing PVC pipe kit). I've cut out the molded cocking leaver hole (see image below and yes will fix the mess cutting with putty/filler) and have sourced a somewhat appropriate spring.
The thing i'm really having trouble with is making the tubular part that slides in or over the spring and that the cocking handle attaches to. Ideally what I would like to do is make the charging mechanism move, without removing the electronics. Trouble is, every type of pipe or whatever I try just hits the circuit board that sits behind the trigger.
This is the part that I am trying to replicate.
Does anybody have any ideas or experience with this issue?
Many thanks in advance and apologies if this is in the wrong place or there are any issues with the post.
Ben.
