I am helping some friends with their Commander & Incinerator builds and am at a loss for sourcing the u channel trim & correct size. I have reviewed all the links available on the subject but none can give me a definitive answer due to broken images, dead links, unanswered questions, etc...
Can anyone offer up some recent/current information or sources, preferably in North America?

Way to go DAVE! Welcome to the (very) few, the proud, the HWT Centurions! GREAT job on that T-21 sight!
I can't be 100% sure, but I do believe this will be Badlands Garrison's first HWT Centurion! (I wish the Expert Infantry feature was working. )

YAH YOU DID!!!! Way to go Aaron!!

Wow! That must have been a VERY tough decision; I don’t envy the FISD staff at all.
Everyone who submitted designs worked their butts off & should be very proud of themselves. I am SO glad other designs will be used. There was just so much good stuff submitted & it would be waste to not use them.
It is very clear we have a wealth of talent within the detachment. Hopefully there are many more contests throughout the year to utilize that talent.Thank you to everyone who devoted time & energy to this contest & helped prove that the FISD really is the best detachment in the Legion!

WELL DONE ERIC!!!! This is going to be a tough competition!

Using Peter's design on a shirt & Pretzel's design for a patch is certainly a viable path forward.
I LOVE the idea of doing a separate shirt & patch design for the contest! The more merch, the better.

Alrighty! Here is what we have come up with that will work on a white -or- black t-shirt. (I think it would look awesome on a light blue shirt.)
I have included mock-ups to show how they might look in "real life".

Hmmm, I will see what I can do to make it work on a darker background. While awesome, I worry that the bucket and blaster designs lose something on dark shirts. On white they look great.

Alrighty! Here are the latest updated versions of our design. (...just a few minor tweaks left before they are officially submitted.)
We now also have a bucket+blaster version. We can't decide which one we like best....

Mind. Blown. That blaster is amazing. Do please change First to 1st.
SO glad you like it. Yes, I will change First to 1st.
(I also have a version that combines the bucket & the E-11)

Here is a concept that me & Pyrates have been working on together... It is still a "work in progress; it has changed since these versions.....but this is the over-all "feel" of what it will end up as.
Obviously this will not work as a patch design, it was designed solely for a t-shirt. (I guess it could be adapted to a patch, but some of the "visual back ground" will be lost or have to be re-done.)
I am still refining the details and layers but thought I'd share what we have so far....We hope you like concept.

Two questions for you....
1. Is there any "required" text that must be in the design? (Celebration, 501st, FISD, dates, TM, etc...)
2. What colour(s) will be the t-shirt be?

I can't believe you didn't include the pics from our truly fabulous disco-trooper-conga line!!!?? Tsk tsk....

As I was soooo excited to start, I naturally wanted to start with the helmet. Having never worked with armour or ABS ever (and for fear of screwing up the helmet) I chose to work on the easy parts first. (hand plates, shoulder bells & biceps.) Starting on those parts first gave me the chance to get a feel for working with the armour & gain some confidence & skill.

In all honesty (and as an Alpha suit owner) $2,225.00 isn't actually all that bad... In addition to the all the changes that may help ease assembly & some upgrades, you get accurate boots and gloves from the actual manufacturer....and much better gaskets.
I wouldn't trade my Anovos TFA armour for anything....and I would buy/do it all over again in a heartbeat.
(This is just my personal opinion.....)

KRIS! This is awesome news!! Catching the bug is ALWAYS a good thing in this case.
You bet we have armour parties, and we can NEVER have enough ANH troopers.
