You should be able to make the cover strips from the extra pieces of ABS you hopefully got with your kit. My builder added about 10 extra "strips" of ABS for me to make my cover strips with.

Way to go another member of the STAR!

Fantastic!! Thank you VERY much. I am very proud!!
And fixing the shin cover strip won't be a big deal thanks to E6000. Just a little trimming!!
I can't wait to tell my buddies!

Here are my redone photos.
I cut the ammo pack down as requested. I also lowered the back piece and removed the shims I had in place and created new ones to make the connection more straight than the angle it was at. Hopefully these are sufficient. If not, please let me know and I will adjust accordingly.
-
Ok... glad you got your internet back.
The knee pack trimming will not be a problem.
I will have to do something about the chest and back pieces. As you see they do not line up with this suit. The only way I can get the front of the shim to line up is to have it at the angle you see.
But I will figure something out.
Do you want to see photos with the me in the full suit again? Just photos of the changes? Just let me know what you want to see.
Thanks,
Michael

Thanks everyone. Extremely proud to reach this designation and showing my dedication to my dream of joining the ranks of the 501st and FIST!!

FINALLY! I got the d-ring in from Trooperbay. Had to search the forums to see how others had installed it with a Hyperfirm blaster. But here it is.
Please let me know if you need anything else. Otherwise I am starting the suggestions for Centurion.
Thanks,
-
Update... finally heard from Mike at Trooperbay. Says D-Ring was shipped out last Friday. No delivery yet. I will update with an installed photo as soon as it arrives.
