Your best bet would be to use some epoxy resin. I used some on my sand trooper helmet and it worked great. The stuff i used became quiet hot when you mix it and after about 10 minutes it doesn't even budge. A more expensive option and a little over the top would be thread locking adhesives. They use these when securing heavy metal bolts for industrial use. There is a brand here in Australia that panel beaters use to stick the plastic on cars back together. My guess is if it can hold 250kg's on its own and withstand 150 degrees Celsius then it should work for this.

hey i bought a stormtrooper armour kit and the pieces are to wide. this is my first kit and i wanted to know if you can heat the armour with a heat gun and bend it to fit perfectly?

i know everyone says don't buy off ebay but i saw this kit for cheap with the snow trooper chest and it turned out a lot cheaper to buy this and buy a chest plate separate

hi guys, so I'm making a tusk an raider costume for a fan film and I'm having trouble making the mask. i don't want to buy 1 on the net, i would prefer to make it by hand. does anyone know how to make a good quality mask by hand that is strong and accurate and won't break when you run in it.
