I followed their sizing guide on the website and they seem to be on the money. Mine are certainly snug but not tingly or a real struggle to get on and off. The pants are tight though. Thinking you may want to size up.

Fit and comfort are top notch and it seems to be fairly cool even in the south florida summer heat.
