  1. Of course I will... Credit goes to you on them and thank you two so much for pointing them out. The snaps and the pill box are updated and more accurate thanks to you and Dan. Check the description on the video now I would never claim full design on my self at all... Like Carl Sagan once said, " if you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe" @Jannick the problem is finding such tinny walkie talkie... I have looked everywhere but have had no luck... that was my first choice...
  2. Hey guys I just wanted to show my take on the TK comlink. I had previously made a one piece design and now made it a 3 piece version. This new version is threaded so its very ease to take appart too. ------------ here is a video showing how easy it is to assemble and dissasemble youtube_share;pID4Pa8GYwI] Now my goal is to make it functional, I had a bluetooth headset that I rarely use with my phone, so I opened it and removed the earpiece and replaced it with the smallest speaker i had... and it works.... http://skullgarrison.com/gus/tk/btcommlink0001.jpg http://skullgarrison.com/gus/tk/btcommlink0002.jpg http://skullgarrison.com/gus/tk/btcommlink0003.jpg I will post a video soon but you get the idea, you make a call using your phone and talk and listen through the Commlink. So you can talke to anyone that has a phone... There are things that need to be improved. 1. Volume of the speaker is not great you have to be very close to the device because it does not have enough power. I have ordered more speakers of higher impedance to see if it improves. And also I have redesigned the Hovi mic tip to funnel the sound like a horn. http://skullgarrison.com/gus/designs/tkcom05.jpg 2. I need to place a push button for turning on and answering calls directly from the Commlink. This should be easy. 3 need to make a hole on the bottom for the mic to listen better. 4. To recharge the device i will probably just unscrew the bottom cap retrieve the BT device and once charged put it back together... so I dont make any more modifications to the Commlink. So what are your thoughts? I think I'm going to have so much fun answering calls while trooping XD thanks.
