    Thank you stormtrooperguy Google has been quite useless, but still what thickness in millimeters are most quality armors formed in?

    Well after the day of searching I found a forum that says that there is no direct conversion anymore for HIPs thicker than film. I know that .08 gauge is good for HIPs, isn't it? What would be a good thickness in millimeters for forming?
