I tried the tape and that helped! But I also think I solved the problem outright. I used goo gone spray gel. Well that stuff is no good. I ended up using goo gone liquid and that cleared up the rest. Thanks for the help!

Hello all! I decided to ditch velcro for a snap system. Removing the velcro on the body parts wasn't so bad with the help of goo gone. But now I am on to the forearms. After hours of goo gone, scrubbing, warm water/soap, more scrubbing, etc. I can't seam to get rid of goo gone residue. There's basically "boogers" all over the armor and it appears to be impossible to remove. My armor is ABS. Anyone have a clue how to remove goo gone? Thanks!
