  1. I bought a AM armor from a guy off here who was a little heavier than me but much taller. So I started trimming the Thigh pieces and now they don't overlap in the back, I trimmed too much off the back before trimming the top to fit lengthwise. what do I do? I dont think i have enough for even extensions. right now the ends butt up to each other. Is there someplace I can just buy new thigh pieces?
  2. I have looked and can't find a definitive answer. I bought some armor and it's way to big and I need to trim the thigh, ab, back and butt pieces. I want to do it right the first time of course. Basically I want to know what to use to cut it. Do I use a carpenters knife or something else?
  3. ordred one from scootch, now jut have to order the manual and get some supplies. Does anyone know. I bought an eFX helmet. Can I just put the three screws on each side of the ears and call it good or does it need more?
  4. Great thread! I just bought a set of AM from a member here. Although I am on the heavy side I am short so I was leary about getting it but after reading this thread I have no worries. So when can I come over and have you work on my armor ;P

  6. Hello all, I am getting armor soon, AM version and an eFX helmet which I know I will have to mod. My question is I am sure they will be different shades of white. Does that matter? Do I have to get everything painted the same "shade". I was thinking of taking to a body shop and have them do a once over on all of it so it matches is that necessary?
  7. I go to Fargo a lot from the Twin cities. I am in the process of getting armor. You will have to keep me in the loop when you do stuff up there. Great pics btw.
  8. WOW!! *drools* I'm still looking to have just one lol.
