  1. I didn't do the score-snap technique for the lid and cap. Just use some cutters and blade to get the rough spots and sand it smooth. If you look closely on the lid and cap you can see the outline of were you need to trim.

    And left...Just don't cut it different on one side like I did.

  2. UPDATE TIME!!!!

     

    I finally got around to the finishing touches on the helmet painting. Let me know what yall think. Also, I was so stoked about finishing I wanted to go out and get the paint for the tears, frown, etc...Well I ventured off to Lowe's. And after a few minutes wondering around the paint section, I couldn't find the Humbrol brand paint. Asked one of the associates working and said that he never heard of that brand and figured the store didn't carried it. So Wal-mart was next on the list. And wouldn't you know, they didn't have it either. Ticked off I went to one more place(local hobby store) and nothing, 0-3 on my search. Just ordered paint and tube stripes from TK-4510. So I'll have that soon.
