Doggydoc’s AP ANH stunt build
Well, I ordered my kit from Mark at Authentic Props on the weekend and have started my list of other items and tools that I need to have for the build. Hoping to have everything ready to go when the Big Brown Box arrives.

Here is a step by step of the ABS paste sanding and buffing.
Starting point with paste fully hardened
Used the Dremel tool with a sanding attachment to remove the bulk of the material. This could also be done with 120 grit sandpaper.
Next, I brought it right down with the 220 grit sandpaper to get all the extra ABS paste off and flatten everything out. Some air bubbles appeared at this point, so I reapplied a bit of ABS paste and worked it into the repair.
