User with Email confirm issue

Morning Admins, I got an email from a new Titan member trying to access FISD, he seems to be having the same email confirm issues as other troops and I was asked to post his details here.

Good day Admins,

 

After filling out my sub. form I realized I had not typed in my primary (personal) email address correctly. This of course means I have no way of opening the link to confirm my sub. request.

Please help.
