dirtyz Posted September 27, 2017 Report Share Posted September 27, 2017 I started building my vacuum forming table. Here's a few pictures. 1/2" MDF base, pine boards for the sides. It's cheap, but I'm sure I'll be filling cracks with something to make it airtight. The center bar is there for extra support on heavier molds. I'm hoping five 1" holes will provide enough airflow. Theres a hole every inch... 2'x2', so 24 holes x 24 holes... 576 in total... because I was too cheap to buy pegboard. So many holes...
