jcalus Posted February 3, 2016 Report Share Posted February 3, 2016 Hello all interested I'm Jon and recently received my new Tk boots. I went for a 1/2 size larger rather than 1 1/2. But I do have a wide foot ( hockey skate - EE )and found the boots to be uncomfortably tight. Picked up a shoe stretcher ( $35 cdn ) and within 24hrs they fit incredibly better. Night and day!... here's some picks, I tried to get some side close ups to show that there is no signs of leather distress. Tkboots = high quality.. in my opinion. Steps -Removed insoles. - 15 spays of leather stretcher. - hand tighten to quite snug, plus a little. - wait... haha -repeat if needed.. was told smaller stretches are far better than trying to do it all at once.
