How To Make Joint Seal/Gasket

I see a lot of post on Neck Seal, but for TFA troopers what is best to use for shoulder, elbow, and knee seals? At every joint they have the same rubber ribbed joints. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated Thank you

We have a seller here (TK4205) who makes his out of either cloth or latex, depending on your preference. I have both. Latex is more accurate, but cloth is more comfortable.
