OGFNG Posted May 6, 2015 Report Share Posted May 6, 2015 I'm putting this in NCO Club, since this isn't for a Stormtrooper helmet. Two questions in regards to some of the cheaper vinyl helmets out there. I'm not sure how different this is from ABS: 1. Best adhesive to use to apply either foam or hard hat liner to the inside of one of these helmets? 2. Some of the older helmets get a sticky quality to the unpainted portions. Is that just normal?
