hallo, great to have you joining the no.1 imperial trooper site.
you WILL find everything here, you need to know about troopers.
the guys here are great.
-
very, very nice job.
got any armor to go with it?
-
thank you guys for the all of the advise.
considering everything:
1. hobby: i have to be able to "MAKE" my own suit FX will be to easy ATA will keep me busy for a while.
2. money: TM rules, i get it.but ATA is cheap and *most* accurate witin my budget.
3. trooping: first have to see if i like it at all. otherwise i will have expensive plastic on the attic.
4. Wife: WELL.....need i say more guys?
5. weigt, hight etc
appology to all the women in the 501th or the ones that understand how important a hobby can be.

These are the belt rivet covers they need to be seperated and glued onto the main ammo belt after you have fitted the belt. Although i have known some people to glue these to the ab plate and then give the ab buttons away to a mate
Wooooow I almost had it right, you see, you call them belt rivet covers i called them beltbuckles, not bad for a niewbee like me eh fireblade?

great looking kit,
I ordered one yesterday and put on a waitinglist for 17 days or so, then it has to be sent all the way to Holland.
i don't care that much because altough i'm new here i've learned to be patient, very patient.
that will give me time to research some more and order the little parts like neckseal, boots and gloves etc.
But what do you mean by using an IRON? is that like an clothing iron?
waw, explain please

wow, i wanted to buy ATA but now i don't know for sure anymore.
-
Because i am a "first-timer" would it be better to buy FX?
if i F@ckup an ATA because of it's complicity. that would be bad, m'kay.
FX is in complete kit form sanded and trimmed isn't it?
ATA is raw untrimmed and just has a great deal of work, but what is a hobby like if you're finished your armor in a day or 2?
so many unanswered questions: I CAN'T HANDLE IT.
however you guys will help if i'm stuck won't you?
greetz.

I was all excited, looking forward to it....now that I'm looking at it, kinda scared S#%@LESS!!!! LOL
BTW, there's 3 little circles indented in 3 Squares, you can see them at the bottom of pic #4, on the right. Anyone tell me where those go?
i think i saw a picture of it ,they are used as a sort of belt buckle it is were the belt comes togetheron the front.
don't take my word for it just ask "THE MAKER".

Now those are the short and sweet answers i'm looking for on this forum.

Hello everybody,
i would like to troop with the dutch garrison.
i'm still looking for a good trooper kit but don't have the money for a real "shepperton" paying $900 for just the armorkit is cool for some people but i need an accepted screenaccurate suit.
ive heard from the CO of the garisson that te official rubies costume isn't accepted
the costumes on e-bay SUCK big time and therefor i don't trust them
on white armor.net arn't any commercial sellers because it's forbidden to sell anything then the rubies-crap costume
I want to troop!!!!
help me please
