    I believe this is the most accurate figure showing the space pack (look at the top of the silver tanks and then compare with the behind the scenes images poster earlier).

    Thanks to the guys over at the RPF there is also evidence of the piece that was used for the tank showing up on the Death Star(bottom right corner).

    Wait im sure John discovered that they are more tube like with a small series of smaller tubes running all the way around. Its documented somewhere and the same parts are seen used on the Death Star at one part....or am i going completly mad :huh: ? I wish I knew where he had posted that but i believe the pack above is the first one with limited knowlage and the newer one he has yet to make?

    Used to be my main hobby before discovering the 501st. Im keeping one or two armies that mean somthing to me but must get around to selling the rest of it....and i do have TONS of stuff o.o

    I actually prefer this forum over any other as its a great family, and more focussed on the practicalities of armour etc, while the UKG is best kept for troop info, Well thats what I found anyway.

    Once i get chance then i will get some decent quality pictures of all the major areas. My clearence pictures are abit dated as a lot of upgrades have been done since then. The above pictures although small accuratly represent my armour at the moment.

     

     

    Great seeing you here and thanks for sharing pix of your other costumes as well. It's always cool to see other costumes that people have done. Outstanding intro, you deserve a pint my friend!

    Yo everyone!

     

    I finally got myself over here after three years >< So people call me Pinky and here is a little about myself and myself in the 501st!

     

    Me

     

    My names Matthew Mark Mainwaring and i am a part of the UK Garrison under the ID 2289. First saw Stormtroopers when i was 15 and worked towards the suit during my entire duration as a 17 year old. So i then sent my clearence pictures 1 minute after my 18th Birthday and was cleared soon after. That was back in 2007 and since then i have had ESB Imperial Crewman and ROTJ Imperial Gunner cleared. I am located in Wales so troops are around but we dont usually get all that many, probably about 2 a month of which i usually attend. Fav Star Wars film would be ESB and future Star Wars costumes would be The Emperor (obvestly ROTJ before he had a name!). I build costumes from other films aswell for both personal use and for use in the 501st UKG sister group Reel Icons. Some of these include the Spirit and Abe Sapien.

     

    My armour

     

    My suit is a modded FX with custom handplates(and soon to be shoulder bells) created by the talented Mr Danter. The helmet is RT and the boots are a piece of crap :P I intend to upgrade them eventually honest! Im unsure whether im going for Elite Status but i finally joined up because i intend to do some major updates to certain areas as i have some free time at the moment after just finishing college.

     

    So first some pictures of my armour(not the best sorry) and then my other 501st Costumes.
