Thanks everyone! Glad to be a part of the Centurion ranks!

Thanks so much for the paint store recommendation! I ended up taking a piece of ABS plastic to home depot and they just color matched it for me. Worked out perfectly for painting the screws and rivet heads! I also fixed the thigh ammo pack as requested.

Forgot I had another question too. In regards to the thigh ammo pack, does the front middle bump need to align with the coverstrip?
-
So I actually had a feeling that the paint color was off. I bought Humbrol gloss 22 that was cited on multiple reference/suggestion threads, and when you paint it on its MUCH whiter and matches the color of the armor. When it dries, it dries the color that you see. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there another paint that would do the trick?

Ok, third times the charm (hopefully). I shaved back everything I believe to be the return edge. It feels and looks completely flat now, and smooth to the tough (no bumps). Would this be correct?

Alright, return edges gone as requested.

Haha I stopped sanding it cause I was getting nervous. Time to live life on the edge!

Figured I should get this done lest the California fires drive me out of my home LOL!

So I had the day off today and was looking on something to do...why not work on Centurion level?
I was hoping someone would be able to enlighten me on the measurements for the shoulder bells. I trimmed them up a bit because they seemed too big, and they fit much better now. Along the bottom edge (from edge to edge) it's roughly 12in total, with the measurement from the peak to the bottom edge is just over 5in...does this seem about right?
-
Woo! Thanks all! I'll work towards that Centurion next, but I'm definitely taking a break for a bit lol. Thanks for all the help and suggestions!

Here you go! New mesh/hovi tips installed.

Thanks for the reply! Here are the requested photos that I was missing.
Sniper Knee
Thigh Ammo Rivet
Ab Buttons
Cod Piece/Butt Plate
Lower Ear Screw
In regards to the Hovi Mic Tip, I have this other wire mesh that I bought for the inside of the helmet. Would this work? I did essentially use the one provided by WTF, and I was under the assumption that it was approved even for Centurion status, but that's OK, easy fix anyway.
Here are the two meshes as comparison. The left one was the one that was in the Hovi tip initially.

Hello all!
After hours of work, I have finally been approved for the 501st, Central California Garrison! I can't wait to join you all on my first troop. I've been wanting to build my own TK armor for the longest time, and being mostly at home for the past 4 months was the perfect opportunity to do just that! It was hardest creative work I've ever attempted, but the journey was fun and the outcome was amazing

Ok, I updated what was suggested, let me know what you guys think.
Personally, I think I need to trim the shoulder bells. Unless they are supposed to jut out like that, but I legitimately cannot get them any closer to the chest, and I may just have to trim the sides so they come in more. Sound like a good idea?
Left side fits well
Right side fits well until I lift my arms, then this happens. I think I'll just add support straps to help keep it together.
I remembered the Thermal Detonator this time LOL
I submitted my 501st application today, so wish me luck! Thanks all for the suggestions.

Ok, hows this for the abdominal section overlap? I had to scrap the bracket system, it wasn't working. I'm using Velcro for now

You may need to leave the brackets for looks and add strapping behind.
You could add some snaps and plate, or even a piece of ABS plastic with bend and a slot in large enough for elastic further up in the chest and connect that piece of plastic or snap plate to the original ab bracket perhaps. It just looks like the bracket system is not allowing it to come up and is basically pushing it down.
Do you happen to have a pic for reference so I can see what it is you are talking about?

Looks like your cod is sitting low, can you move the ab/cod upwards, almost looks like it is coming out under your chest
Funnily enough I've been trying to do just that. I've tried tightening the bracket straps but it doesn't seem to be working...any suggestions?

Does you thigh armour fit snugly to your thighs or is there some room to move?
If there is room you could try some foam pieces on the inside of the outer thigh to pull the piece slightly away from the cod and your center line. You could also reduce the return edge around the top of the thighs st the same time and if possible drop them ever so slightly. This combination might just give you the little extra room you need to stop them from rubbing as much on the cod piece.
The thighs are pretty snug at the moment but I can drop them a bit (like an inch) and just add some padding on the inside. That may work, if not then trimming is always an option
