Gotta have some laughs in life [emoji106] Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

@Cricket I tried on the ab plate with the thighs like I mentioned, and yeah, I certainly have some trimming to do for all three pieces. Sorry for the awkwardness [emoji23] I had to bend my knees forward in order to get the thighs to stay up, because I had to hold up the ab plate too. But yeah, the thighs and ab create that U shape Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Ohh, I'll definitely be trying them on with my ab piece first, then! Thanks for the advice! Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Yeah, just as Rat mentioned, I was focusing on length and not circumference. I'm still trying to figure out how much to trim from the sides. As for picture angle, I have no helpers, I'm completely alone on this, even with pictures [emoji23] Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

I'm mostly just wondering if I should wait to trim my thighs until I try them on with my ab piece Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Well, never mind, I positioned the thighs wrong; I fixed it Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Yeah, just about, haha! Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Shoot, I DEFINITELY have a lot of trimming to do. These thighs are swimming on me. They go over my knee cap, so I'm thinking I'll trim an inch off, so how it feels, and will definitely be trimming more later on. Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

So many small updates today, ha! But, j got the second thigh taped together. Thinking I'm doing to half to trim a little bit more. I was mostly wondering if they're on the right side, which I THINK they are? Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Cut off about 1/4 of an inch on the bottom of my shins. Though, considering I still can't bend my knee in it very well, I'm thinking I'll have to trim just a little bit more. Also, geez, how do you all align your pieces to tape them? The pieces keep shifting Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Well, let's get cutting I suppose Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Quick update before I start trimming! I I drew guidelines for myself on the bottoms of the shins. I was told to follow the curve, so I drew out the curve. I'm thinking cutting half an inch off and then seeing if it fits okay. Would I just cut along the line I marked? Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Yeah, it's up there quite a bit, can't bend my knee hardly at all. I'm thinking about trimming maybe half an inch or so and seeing what that'll do Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Thank ya, I will definitely be sure to test fit the other shin tomorrow and see how they look together. Maybe I can actually get something glued, who knows! Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

I had to stand up where I stood in the picture to see where each side was for reference Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

It actually is my right leg, since the foot of my bed (where the blue comforter is) is on the left side Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

WEELL I haven't really done much with my armor the past few days, mostly out of fear I guess ? Anyway, I asked a lot of people on Facebook about this and...I GUESS my right shin is correct? I just want to be absolutely sure before I start trimming anything Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Sorry for taking so long to upload! I've just been trimming the final pieces and stuff. Trimmed the last 2 pieces this morning! Now onto the hard stuff. Oof. Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Heya, haven't had too much to update on, just been trimming 1-2 pieces a day or so. All I have left to trim is the chest, back, kidney, butt and the rest of the thighs Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk
-
Haha I'm too small! I'll deal with sizing later. I'm sure I'll be the smallest trooper in my state haha! Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk
-
And the shoulders are trimmed out! All the arm stuff is trimmed! I'll probably move into the leg pieces next. It's definitely gonna be a challenge to get all these huge pieces to fit me, haha! Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Oh, I see! Thank you for the advice! I'll be sure to keep that in mind!

Wasn't able to update for quite some time, since the forums were down. Anyway, I got some work done yesterday and took a break today. I cut out the last of the forearms and cut the knee plate. I also marked where to cut on the shoulder pads(there are some light blue marks on there). First test fit for one of my forearms, and boy is it huge! Looks like I've got a looot of trimming to do! Just gotta figure out where exactly. Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Didn't get too much done today since I was working on commissions. Though, I did mark where to cut on the other forearm and am starting to cut other small parts. This is right, right? I know, the line I marked is pretty light Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk

Here's everything I have done so far; both hand plates, one whole forearm, a front forearm and one bicep. Just gotta take it slow [emoji106] Sent from my LGLS992 using Tapatalk
