Thanks for all the warm welcomes everyone! I will be trying to open a build thread ASAP. The question I have is, since I ordered the commission and not the kit, do I open a build thread or do I open a thread in the pre-approval section? Since my armor is technically built, but just needs trimming in order to be more proportionate to my height.

Hello fellow Star Wars enthusiasts!

 

My name is Patrick. I am currently working on getting my TK set approved by the Legion. I have an RS Prop Masters ANH set that needs some trimming (I am a little short to be a Stormtrooper at ~5' 6"). This is also my first time doing anything like this so any and all advice, tips, and tricks would be more than appreciated! I am really looking forward to getting approved since I've had my sights set on the 501st for quite some time now.
