im doing everything i can to create CNC wooden molds and find someone with a vacuum machine to make this a reality
but i know little to none about this whole thing
it's not going to be easy nor cheap for me to make it happen but im hopeful and extremely motivated 

every bit of information,tips, advice would help me out a great deal here

how do you do folks 
as you can tell from the title im from Egypt, and i have been interested in starting an Egyptian 501st garrison for long years without luck 
mostly because of the currency difference and armor/kit costs ordering them from abroad, i wont go too much in detail about how impossible it is to purchase an armor or a kit locally to avoid dragging on and get straight to the point 
Recently i've come into contact with a friend here who owns a Vacuum Shaping machine and i have been doing some research online and im fairly certain i can produce great quality Armor locally for me and everyone of my friends at a fraction of what it would cost me to order a single armor kit
however i'm at a stand-still for now for when it comes to the molds, so far i have reached the understanding that CNC aluminum molds would be perfect, and i know a few that can produce these molds, however i lack the digital measurements for these molds and i dont know anyone that can Create them

is there Anyway for me to get these kind of files online to create these molds ? 
any and every bit of information contributing into making this dream become a Reality would be much appreciated
