1. I'm sure I am going to catch flak and lots of jokes for this question, but I'm at a loss and need some assistance. I live a plant based lifestyle and can't bring myself to order leather boots for my ANH Hero Build. I know the leather ones are screen accurate and the best path to Centurion. I know they probably hold up longer and might even look better, but personally I just can't go that path. I was hoping for some insight for non-leather boots that will still allow me to be approved. I've tried searching but there isn't much information on the forum or google. I believe the boots from http://www.jedirobeamerica.com are all constructed with man-made materials but I'm not sure about the legitimacy of the site or products. Thank you all in advance for your help!

 2. Hey everyone!

I'm a newbie to all of this so please bear with me as I learn the lingo and continue to gather information on building my own set of TK armor.
First, I would like to thank everyone in this community for compiling such a wealth of knowledge.

Second I would like to commend the 501st members here for everything they do for their respective communities and charities.

I think I have narrowed my choice down to where I'm going to get the armor. My initial thought was ATA. Durable, good reputation, and wont break the bank on my first build. However with all that great reputation comes a long wait. So, I researched my other options and I found Walt from WTF Armor. I haven't been able to find much information on here from people that have done a build with his products. From what I have gathered, he also has a great reputation, with a durable product, that is within my first build budget. Is there any insight anyone can give me about his armor. Is it something I could reach centurion with? Any problems with building? Any major up front modifications to make it 501st eligible? Or really any insight into it? Already, Walt seems like an awesome person to do business with
