To me- if they're not on the vetted list here on Whitearmor, then stay away, it's not worth the chance for the money we shell out for these things.  

 

As far as Scouts go, I'd recommend Studio Creations or Walt's Trooper Factory (WTF)- Facebook and studiocreations.com.  I have a WTF Shadow Scout and it's great, and I was originally going to go with Studio Creations until I found a deal on a WTF kit someone was offloading.  But definitely check out http://www.501stpathfinders.com/ for Scout details and assistance.  (or https://specops501st.com/ if you're interested in the Shadow Scout).  

Thank you. They are based over seas and the cost is $850 shipped to the states. I’ve seen people get burned and I’m not saying that I would from them, that’s why I posted up on here first. If you don’t mind me asking, how much was your armor?

Ok so there is a Facebook and Instagram page on this company called Custom Force Makers. They make Trooper armor. They even have photos on the amor they make and sell. There is one that I was thinking on getting from them. It’s a Scout  armor. If you go to their page and scroll down you will see it. Has anyone got anything from them? They say that they are 501st approved.

Yea that’s what I thought as well. Plus all the stuff to put it together. I’ve never heard of them that’s why I’m asking. Would love to get a kit but don’t want to spend the money if it’s not a legit kit.

So has anyone heard of TKUSA? They have kits for sale for a good price but don’t know anything about them are they any good and 501st compatible?

Anovos kit is legit. The armor looks pretty nice once build, but, I find it pretty thin.

 

Take a tourvin the getting started section. You will find more vendors that might be better for your needs.

Hi, my name is Freddy and I'm new to the Stormtrooper world. Just come off of Celebration in Orlando but live in The bay area, San Francisco. Well Vacaville to be exact.<br>

I met so many Troopers at celebration that I thought I would like to join the family of the beloved Stormtrooper. <br>

I talked to the guys at the Anovos stand and saw their trooper set up and was skeptical of it. Didn't know if it was 501st legit. I spoke to someone that was apart of the 501st and said that it was. So I guess I will be ordering my set up.
