I’ll look it over but I have to say I didn’t get what you mean by questionable fixes, all EIB and Centurion applications are beeing reviewed using the CRL requirements for said level.
My lame attempt at humour. Apologies if it went down wrong...

All requested photos have been uploaded. Thank you for your patience, I was away on biz travel. Hope I achieve EIB and am close to Centurion (things to fix are not impossible/massive/questionable to do like having to change the unseen interior strapping to movie accurate or something :p )

Hi, can the action shot be a half body please?

I managed to buy a pretty sweet blaster from another trooper (unfinished so got some help completing it). It's got a real hengstler counter that's now displaying my TK# on it. Hope it's good enough for a review and perhaps approval. Eager to get to making the necessary corrections in preparation for Centurion.
Thank you everyone for the advice and tips!

Hi, Another Blaster option could see Praetorian Blasters. Excellent for trooping.
Sadly the blaster shipment didn't make it. Was turned back by the post as a prohibited item. Sigh..

Thanks for letting me know. Are Shepperton blasters good enough for higher level approvals? In the meantime might I make a special request for all the costume fixes I'll need for EIB and Centurion please? So that I can get those done while waiting for my blaster and be able to submit the pics with fixes and blaster in one sitting.
Pretty please with chocolate sprinkles on top.

If good enough for centurion, that's good enough for me! Thank you for your answer. A little trim and some sanding so far, lets see what the DO adds, long weekend next week so perfect timing!

Thanks for the detailed feedback JustJoseph. I actually use your helmet screws and rivets so they're definitely movie authentic. I received the advice on the forearm top trim from TKSpartan when I posted a pre-approval check and will trim it. Thought to get all your expert feedback first then do all the fixes in one go. Will post pics once all the fixes are in soon
One slight caution I have is the forearm opening trim. I do have a little bit of return edge showing still as I have long forearms so the gap between hand plate and wrist looks big. I re-sat the hand plate (also yours btw ) and it looks a bit better (not too much black). My question is can I just file down the raised edge but leave the length or do I need to trim it back that 2mm so that there's absolutely no chance of a return edge? My worry is that I'm pretty close to looking weird with the wrist or elbow gap as in the before-after pics below.

After
PS Just realized that the pics look almost identical other than the hand plates.. lol. If you see the slight angle of the sniper knee you'll see they're diff pics take n on diff days, not moved hand plates in photoshop or something...

Awesome, thanks, guys! My GML asked me to move the handplates up a tad as he felt the gap was too big so I reglued them a bit higher (about 15 cm so it now touches my wrists). He also pointed out that my belt is off centre in the pics (dressing issue). Small touches but it'll certainly help me when I request for higher levels.
Have a great one!

Hey bro, fellow enthusiast in Singapore here. I managed to get Anovos armour but I literally had to go to the US, pick it up and fly back with it in cargo. Was a nightmare, really wouldn't recommend that route (I was on a trip to the US anyway but had major headaches with shipping it to my location since Anovos wanted an address when I ordered it and changing that address was logistically impossible so I used a friends address then had to UPS the whole box to myself across the country, pray that it arrived in time and lug it to the airport).
Never going that route again!
